Joe,
Just stumbled on this website and your name rang a bell...
Not sure if you remember me or not;its been half a lifetime ago. I came onboard the USS Guam in Philly at the shipyards. Some names come to mind like Steve Silverman, Bob Bryan, Mumford, Walters ..If you remember me feel free to email. I was an OS3 I believe at that time.
